• Own and improve the PDP (Product Development Process) across the organization by identifying inefficiencies, measuring meeting effectiveness, and implementing practical improvements without overcomplicating.
• Act as a neutral expert and facilitator, supporting project and program managers in navigating complex PDP phases.
• Monitor and enhance cross-functional synchronization through structured planning and milestone alignment.
• Maintain and refine PDP-related governance tools and methods (e.g., Jira, Confluence cPlace), ensuring process consistency across all development stages.
• Drive hybrid project methodologies by effectively blending Gantt-based planning with Agile frameworks.
• Manage process-related documentation, templates, and knowledge assets, ensuring they are up-to-date, standardized, and easily accessible across the organization.
• Support process-related committees and governance boards, including preparation, moderation, and follow-up of meetings.
• Design and implement supporting sub-processes such as change management, risk management, and release/configuration management in a stage-gate environment.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking within the PDP framework.
• Communicate process topics with clarity and brevity—mastering “elevator-pitch”-style articulation and stakeholder alignment.

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field,
• Several years of experience in project or process management, ideally within a matrix organization in the mobility or technology sector,
• Solid understanding of complex product development programs and Gantt-based planning; experience with Agile or hybrid approaches is highly preferred, 
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, PTC Windchill, cPlace),
• Proven expertise in process development and moderation of cross-functional groups and workshops,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus),
• Structured, analytical mindset with a proactive and collaborative working style,
• Proficiency in additional languages, such as German or Japanese.
